Montgomery County Superior Court II is presided over by Honorable Daniel Petrie.
Superior Court II handles criminal cases; all types of civil cases including domestic relations, torts, plenary, collection and small claims; and traffic and ordinance violations.
Superior Court II also has a certified Veterans Treatment Court.
