The Montgomery County Wellness Coalition is a collaboration of county agencies and individuals committed on improving the overall health and wellness of our community. The Coalition focuses on identifying, supporting, and promoting all activities that support its mission and vision.
Vision – Improve health and quality of life by empowering long term positive lifestyle change.
Mission – Increase awareness of local resources addressing lifestyle related chronic illness and overall well-being.
