    Ticket Submissions

    Please e-mail all issues to [email protected] and an Edge IT representative will respond directly.  If e-mail is unavailable then please call the number and extension to the right.  Tickets will be responded to within one business day with varying resolution time depending on issue severity and cooperation.

    When submitting or following up with a ticket please follow these guidelines:

    • Provide a proper subject line and also a detailed description of the issue in the body of the e-mail
    • Do not e-mail new and subsequently multiple tickets for the same issue
    • For changes and updates to an existing ticket, respond to the confirmation e-mail you received or the last e-mail you received regarding the issue
    • Do not contact IT Support directly so issues can be tracked through the e-mail based ticket system and another consultant can assist if the desired consultant is unavailable
