Wow it has turned really cold but just wait because it is supposed to rebound. We have had 86 phone calls into my office, I had 19 veterans come into my office this month. We had a total of eight people to go to the VA Hospital this month.

The 248^th Marine Corps Birthday Ball will be held on Friday the November10^th , 2023 located at the Grand Hall 400 N. High School Rd., Indianapolis, IN 46214. Social Hour at 1800, Ceremony 1900, Dinner at 1930 and Dancing 2030-2400 . The Cost is 40.00 per ticket contact Kay Ross at 317-698-6637.

Also, the New Ross Steak House in New Ross, will host the Marines again on November 5^th Sunday at 1PM to RSVP contact Bev Perry at 765-230-6489 by November 3^rd.

I will be at the American Legion Post 72 on Thursday the 2^nd of November from 1:00 pm until 4:00 pm. Then I will be at the VFW Post 1431 on the 16^th of November from 1-4 pm please give me a call to make an apt. call me at 765-361-4133 or 765-401-0432.

We had a successful Veteran Expo on Oct 19^th we had Flu shots that were given to those that wanted them. Also, the DAV, VFW and the American Legion were all there along with Sugar Creek Eye Care.  We also had WCVL was on site with a radio remote.  For the Month of December, I will not be at the American Legion or the VFW.
