State Road 47 Road Closure, starts 8-4, from Lake Waveland to Turkey Run Golf Course

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure on State Road 47 by Lake Waveland. Beginning on or after Monday, August 4, crews will be replacing a box culvert between Turkey Run Golf Course and Lake Waveland Park. Work is anticipated to last until late September but is weather-dependent and subject to change. The official detour around the closure follows U.S. 41 to S.R. 236 to S.R. 59. INDOT encourages drivers to seek an alternate route and to use caution in and around all work zones. |
