Payment History

Proper identification (driver’s license) is required to obtain a copy of your payment history. This information is confidential. The cost to obtain your payment history is $1.00 per page.

All child support information is confidential per federal guidelines.

Changing Records Information

Parents' information should be current at all times. If your address changes, it MUST be updated with the State of Indiana and the clerk's office, so any correspondence and/or checks can be mailed directly to you. Checks will not be forwarded if your address is found to be incorrect.

When opening a new case, a copy of the child support order is required. 

To change a name and address, a valid picture ID is required.
